5. Choose Add-ons and/ or Party Enhancement Packages

6. Sign up. You will sign an agreement and place a 25% Deposit. This will hold the date and time of your event and any requested performers

7. At this time, we will give you some helpful guides to building your event. (Music request forms, Introduction, and Candle Lighting Sheets)

8. Payment Structure. The first payment will be a 25% Deposit due at signing. This will confirm all package details. The deposit is non refundable and will go towards your total balance. Depending on the amount of time before your event, you can break up the total amounts into 2-3 payments. The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Please make all checks payable to Towers Entertainment.

9. 2-3 weeks prior your MC will contact you to begin going over formalities and song requests. (Grand Entrance, Candle lighting, Father-Daughter / Mother-Son Dances, different music genres/ artists and, any special requests.)

10. If an appointment is set up to go over music please have all forms filled out. A Towers staff member will be more then happy to help fill in any blanks.

11. After gathering all information from you and your family, the MC will build a schedule for your event. Insurance forms will be faxed to catering hall if needed.
